TMI question about 12 yr old ds

now he is 12 should he been cleaning under his foreskin???i dont want him to smell - when boys are younger they say to leave it alone so at what age does that change?

Yes he should be getting into a good routine of cleaning it by retracting the foreskin but he shouldn't for the foreskin back if it's tight.
