Non Uniform Days at School

Yet again my 15yo dd has refused to go into sch cos it is a non-uniform day. She has been doing this ever since starting at 2ndary school whenever there is a non-uniform day, usually for some charity or another. Sez she wont go in cos the other kids will judge her. I've tried talking to her but nothing will budge her and she says it will be even worse if she goes in but wears sch uniform anyway. Has anyone else experienced this?

My DD used to get together with her friends and they would all agree, in great detail, what they were going to wear beforehand.

SOme kids arrived almose indecent, others in designer gear, but most in just Primark/New Look type stuff.

Does she complain about her clothes on other days?
