Police-related work experience for DD, 17?

DD is interested in joining the police eventually, but can't get work experience directly with our local force next summer, when she will be just 17 - all places already taken, apparently. Can anyone suggest other areas she might try? I've suggested St John's Ambulance, local special schools, etc. but none of them appeals. Many thanks in advance!

youth offending service. she could maybe help out with supervising reparations.

Tthey could also offer local alternatives too

Don't bother with CPS (from experience) it's all civil service type work.
Not sure where you live, but has she tried British Transport Police?
