sexually active 13 year old??

i heard today through another mum that there are rumours being spread about my 13yr old and her 15 yr old boyfriend and they are all saying that she has been masturbating him or words to that effect... should i confront my daughter ?i have no idea what to say or how to approach it all i know is i am horrified ... advice please

Well are you close with your DD? Have you ever spoken with her about that kind of thing? I know I would have if my DD was 13 and going out with a 15 year old. Does he come over often and if so, do they spend a lot of time in her room? It is not uncommon for young teenagers to perform foreplay on each other, in fact I think teenage magazines encourage it, as its better they're doing foreplay than having sex iyswim.
