What shoes are your 12/13 years old boys wearing?

DS is a size 8.5 and only has one pair of trainers and his school shoes/football boots/rugby boots
he wants some casual shoes/ trainers (absolutely no granny muggers allowed!) curious to see if anyone has any ideas, bearing in mind they grow so bloody quickly!

Mine only like Nike or adidas, they’ve been wearing sliders mostly this summer though

My teen boys are 14 and 16 and wear ASICS and New Balance as their everyday shoes along with Crocs. Their “sporty” trainers are Nike. My older one also has Adidas Spezials which his little brother borrows every now and then.
