Does anyone know how to remove supervision on family link?? My son (16) has got himself a new laptop for college, he had to use his Gmail as it's a Windows laptop but it's saying he has to keep asking my permission for everything, I've tried following the steps online to remove supervision but there's no option to do it! The only option I have is to delete his Google account which I don't want to do.

Hello. He would have had an email from Google to do it. Let me see if I still have the info. Google customer services via chat were very helpful when I did it ....

Thank you, he's checked his email and he hasn't had anything we've tried to remove it by him signing in aswell and it just says he's unable to. I read online to change his birthday to 18 as it would trigger him to get an email but that didn't work.

It says I don't meet eligibility requirements to access this page.

Try the customer service team. They were v good for me. Sorry I don't remember what the deal is exactly.

He has to do it via the link I think not you.
