DD13 attitude

My DD has just turned 13 and is quite hard to live with. She will rarely say please and thank you, every request is met with attitude and unless it’s on her terms she is not interested. She just wants to be on the phone or meet up with her friends, who thankfully are a lovely bunch of girls.

Her attitude towards her sister, 16, is what upsets me the most. She is rude and nasty, will not engage with her at all. Sister is very different to DD, timid and introverted whilst DD13 is very much an extrovert and social butterfly.

I don’t take sides but will correct behaviour if I witness it. Does this get better!?!!!! 🙏🏻
