Black school shoes for sixth form girls

DD is starting a new school for sixth form. There is a uniform and the need for black shoes. She doesn't seem to want anything too clunky / heavy but I don't want something that will fall apart of end up with wet feet.

What do sixth form girls wear? In the past we have bought Angry Angels from Startrite. She went to Clarks with a friend but came home with nothing.

Suggestions please!

In Year 11, my DD had some nice non-chunky lace-up brogues from New Look.
The year before, she had chunky patent brogues from Next. They were so comfy for walking a long way.
My DD is going to a specialist sixth form with a uniform. She's using her previous school bag for the first week until she's sussed what kind of thing everyone has.

DD’s sixth form was smart dress but not uniform so had largely free choice of shoes - she had black loafers (women’s dept rather than school shoes, either Clarks or M&S)

My DD had low heeled platform type shoes. Like court shoes with a chunky heel. Think they were M&S.

Do you have the shoe shop called Diechman where you live?
They have loads of all different styles of black shoes suitable for school.

My dd wore ladies patent Clarks slip on ballet flats. They were surprisingly sturdy and lasted 2 years. I can imagine they wouldn’t last as long if she’d had to walk to and from school.
