ERP Therapy and for PURE O in teenage girl. Anyone have experience of this please? .

Anyone have a teenager who has pure O, and has had treatment with ERP, I would really like to hear your experiences please.. did the ERP work? Did your teen need medication also? How long did it take for the ERP to work.. for us it’s like 2 steps forward, 1 step back..

Has she been prescribed Amitryptiline? It was the only one out of probably 13 medications that helped me.

I never had ERP but I’ve heard good things. Hopefully someone comes along with more specific support for you.
