DD friends drug problem

My daughter (14) was telling me about her and her friend (15) having a falling out and it turns out it’s over her friends issues with drugs. She’s begging anyone and everyone she can for these drugs (crystal, mdma, ket) and becoming really aggressive when she can’t get hold of anything. Friends mum doesn’t know, she never seems to be in and leaves her most nights to go out drinking, she’s also very unapproachable and has attacked myself and other parents when her daughter got so drunk that she ended up in hospital.

My question is, who can I report this to? I’m really concerned for my daughter’s friend but don’t know where to turn for advice/help.

Social services, the school safeguarding team and if you think the danger to the girl is immediate you should report to the police.

I spoke to the head of year at my daughter’s school, she has now taken it to the safeguarding team. Another parent contacted daughters friends mum although she doesn’t believe any of it, daughters friend has been bragging that she’s got away with it as her mum believes her and sent my daughter a video of herself completely out of it over the weekend. I’m unsure what schools next steps are but I know they are taking it seriously, I guess it’s out of my hands now but I really hope she gets the support she needs asap.
