Help! Teen girls sharing one bathroom

It takes them 90 minutes to get bed ready, with constant arguments about bathroom access. One of them will monopolise the bathroom for ages, leaving the other one waiting to shower, brush teeth and so on. They are equal offenders.

I need a system for how to manage the sharing of bathroom time/access. We can’t move any of them, due to house layout this is how it has to be.

Grateful for your best tips. Thank you!!

They don’t need to be in the bathroom that long. Skincare can be done in the bedroom. If they are not under running water they can be somewhere else. Dressing tables are your friend

I have two teenage sons and they also like to spend time in the bathroom. One does his skin care routine and the other one likes to listen to music and just be in there for whatever reason. They seem to go at different times though so not much fighting over it.

I think you have to try and make them set a time limit, who goes first etc.and like others have suggested to move some stuff into their bedrooms.

Do you think any of them vape in there? We did find that the oldest one was doing that. He is 19 now and has at least stopped it in the bathroom
