Workout recommendations for AuDHD exercise-avoidant 16 year old

Hi, my 16 year old home educated AuDHD daughter has put on weight since being off school over the past 2 years. She doesn’t eat too much but doesn’t move around enough, despite encouraging her. Have bought a walking pad, and have a rower and a cross trainer, but none are getting much use by her. Also had a trampoline but she found it made her boobs hurt She has OCD as well so she’s not over keen on getting sweaty or going to places where others sweat, and doesn’t always feel like going out. Looking ideally for recommendations of an app which shows work outs for around 10 minutes a day to start with. Full body, mostly standing if possible. Or YouTube vids, but maybe an app as often tracks progress on there. I’m very happy to do them with her. Any recommendations?

I don’t have any specific recommendations, but look for barre workouts? It’s like a standing cross between pilates and ballet. No sweat, big workout with small movements. For cardio does she have anywhere she likes or special interests that may happen to include walking? Shopping, hikes, museums, historic homes, farms, trains, boats, zoo? Annual passes always bring down the cost of those kinds of places with fees so twice a week for a good walk can help.
