13 year old daughter missing

My 13 year old daughter hasn’t come home , the police are out looking for but she seems to be hell bent on hiding and not coming home , not sure what to do , all I can do is sit and wait for news but it’s been hours and she’s still not home . What help is there available when she does come home , she’s struggling with school and has multiple suspensions and is a school refuser and suspected adhd currently waiting for assessment , there seems to be no help available as school just label her as naughty and a write off , any advice is very welcomed .

Do you know if she is with friends or has she taken off alone? I would be concerned at that age around who she has on her social media accounts and any influence from peers on there.

has she done this before?
what set her off?

She’s with a boy that she’s been seeing for a few weeks , I contacted the boys mother who confirmed they were together then phoned me to say he was at a sleepover and my daughter had left at 10 pm which obviously isn’t the case , the police seem to think she is still with the boy , she’s never done this before , it’s worrying as she’s so young and she’s in a town a few miles away .

if school has started back up i suggest speaking to the lead and requesting urgent help.
what family support do you have?

There is usually a missing team based within social services, sometimes it’s commissioned out to a third party organisation. When she’s returned ask the police if they might refer or if they can signpost.

How worrying 🤗

did the boys mum give the police the address of the sleep over? I assume they have his number & have spoken to him??

Do you have life 360 or find my iPhone you can access to track her? If not definitely consider getting life 360 after this. She sounds very young and I’d be worried about underage sex too if going to sleepovers with boys!

Is she home OP? I know first hand how worrying this is. Someone from the missing persons team should get in touch and work with your daughter and the school. As for school, keep advocating for your daughter and push for the adhd assessment. Wishing you the very best Flowers
