Gynaecomastia - athletic support?

18yo ds has some gynaecomastia, which jiggles painfully when he runs. It doesn't bother him otherwise.

Is there some sort of athletic support he can use? He would like something he can wear all day, if possible.

Just for clarity, ds is a 6'3" healthy male. This is not a veiled request for a binder.

Anyone?

I was passing a running shop the other day so I went in and asked. The man was phenomenally embarrassed by my question as I really had to spell it out to him. No, they had nothing to help.

Surely this cannot be an unusual problem among teenage boys?

I’d suggest looking at compression sports wear (things like under armour), sports bras, sports crop tops, and bra360 vests.

bra360 do vests that set out to be supportive enough to stop jiggling while not wearing a bra. They’re not cheap, but might be what he’s after. They’re do a tank top style.
