Discussing consent

my 16 year old boy has just started seeing a girl (15). Both have their heads screwed on but he is very shy when it comes to talking about girls. In fact I’m still surprised he’s told me he’s seeing her. (Think he really likes her)

last weekend when I went in his room they were both under the covers (think innocent as they knew I was coming to bring them something but it made me feel weird.)

So with that in mind please can anyone guide me around the convo about statutory rape and why he must not go there, when she is 16 safe sex, and consent? Please and thanks

Just started seeing each other and they are already coming over each others houses and spending time in the bedroom.. you left it a bit late for the consent talk. Should have being having that conversation prior to allowing her round your house and in your sons bedroom shouldn’t you?
