I have a wonderful 17 year old daughter who has told me that she has to set boundaries with as she is too submissive. I actually think she has a point which is super worrying as maybe I really need to step back and quick . Has anyone got any book recommendations - audio would be great on how to " let go ' how to navigate this young womanhood and take our relationship into the next stage. What is my role ? Do I help ? when do I help ? Thank you so much

I always recommend Dr Brad Reedy's work, podcast ideal it's called Finding You. Not specifically any situation but tonnes on boundaries and communication skills. Search for some on those topics but tbh they usually end up there. There are 100s!
