My ds (15) and his friend got punched by a group of other teens on the way home from school late on Friday.
My ds friend was hurt and was bleeding and needed medical attention.
My son was ok but he ended up with blood on his hands. Hes not sure if it was from helping his friend or from defending himself back against the other teens.
Should my son get medical attention in terms of the blood. Would there be a risk of infection from someone else blood on his skin.

I'm sorry this happened to your son and his friend. It sounds really distressing. I hope they are ok. I don't know about risk of infection, unless the skin was compromised with an opening I'd think very doubtful. But probs one for 111
