Hi. Has anyone experience with booking hostels for a 17-year old who travels in a small group of 18-years old through Europe? When my DS will have sat his A-levels he will still be 17 (born very end of August). He hopes to go Interrailing with 3 males school mates who have all turned 18. Is it possible to book them in a shared dorm room - mainly to keep the costs down. I read that some hostel allow it if a signed parental authorisation form is shown? I have tried to call various hostels in Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona and it’s mixed messages
