Hi my do. Who is 28!is having a few friends and his girlfriend over for NYE.
Some are not 18 am I responsible for them.

My don and he is 18 not 28.

You might want to edit your original post as you put 28 in it.

I would say you are responsible for them all at that age.

If you are talking about your son and his underage friends coming to your home, by invitation, then yes you are responsible for them.

If your son is 18 and his friends are younger, I think he is probably responsible for them as he is the person who invited them?
