iPhone family time

Hi my teenagers 15 and 13 have iPhones . If I get one and add family time to connect yo their phones what control do I have and can they remove it from their phones. Thanks in advance

You can use the screen time function and limit the apps / content / length of time they can use the phones for. My DC accidently discovered if they off loaded the App and then reloaded, it reset the time allowed. The functionality is very useful although ultimately they need to learn self control / don't sleep with phones in room etc.
