Depressed dd. Any ideas?

My dd is 15, just finished exams.
She's so low and isn't eating.
She sits in her room on her phone all day which I'm sure isn't helping. When I suggest a walk or anything at all she says no
I'm so sad about how sad she is
Anyone else? Or got any ideas?

I don't have any experience with this (apart from being a depressed teenager) but I did find this article in case it could be helpful

My friend went through the same thing last year and she forced her son to go for walks, one a day was non negotiable and after a few days he perked up slightly. They also did one forced family movie or games night, she said the first few were met with huge resistance but favourite snacks etc all helped.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I have a soon to be 15 yo DD who has struggled with mental health for about three years now. It's really hard. The phrase 'you're only as happy as your least happiest child' is so so true.

Do you know what's at the heart of her sadness? Has she got friendship issues or something going on you don't know about?
