Hi my dd has got the 4-1 theory app if she fails the test is it refundable ?

Yes, but she has to have used the app properly (aka fully completed all of the sections - 1000 questions!) in order to get a refund and in this scenario she really shouldn’t be failing the test. It’s a fabulous resource and prepares them very well
