My 14 y/o daughter is in a small group of 6 girls. They have recently had some ups and downs and fall outs but seem a bit better recently. The problem is she is spending so long at home alone as they never want to meet up outside of school. She messages them most weekends to see who’s free and they either don’t reply or say they are but drop out at the last minute 😢
how can I help her to be more sociable? I’m worried she’s getting down and spending to long alone. There is only so much she wants to do with me! She does attend a sports club and has ‘friends’ there but they don’t mix outside of the club
