DD13’s periods

My daughter started her periods two years ago, & gradually they have got worse.

She is quite often sick, gets really bad cramps (7 out of 10), & has hot flushes. They are also very heavy.

I am going to take her to the doctor or maybe the pharmacist later, but was wondering if anyone has tried any (natural or otherwise) remedies for their teenagers to help with this kind of thing?

I have some Femileve Angus Castus as that is for these symptoms, but the box says over 18s only.

It’s one for the GP. Sounds like she needs a scan.

thanks @DustyLee123 , I’ve surprisingly managed to get an appointment for tomorrow.

Hope the GPs appointment was useful. Having suffered with heavy periods and severe PMS I'd say most things you can buy are next to useless.
