2 of my kids smoke. I hate it, have ranted and raved but nothing changes. I can't control it. However, what I can (or try) to control is smoking in the house. It is a definite NO of course. We have a large 3 storey house and they go to the top of the house and smoke out the window there. I always smell it, a row follows. I tell then it's utterly disrespectful and I am not having it. It continues. Don't know what to do now. I have threatened to make them move out as I feel so strongly about it. 1. Extremely bad for health 2. Total waste of money 3. Utterly horrible to do it in the house (albeit out the window ) when I have many times told them No.
What do I do? I know I can't make them stop smoking, but I want them to stop smoking in/ out the window !!!! Realistically they can't move out but it makes me utterly full of rage. Help!
