I'm the punch bag - mentally in the family

I have. 16Dd and I am now the mental punch bag. I've seen it happen to a friends dad. In my family it's me.
Does anyone else have this? I'm not coping.

Can you go and stay somewhere else for a day and night, or a couple days even ideally?
Friend, relative, premier inn in you can afford it.
Even if it's a good bit of travel.

So that they see consequences to their actions - you're not there anymore for them to abuse (and presumably do stuff for them).

I do keep doing stuff. It's awful. It's being going on for three years.
