Nike tech measurements - anyone know?

I bought my 14 year old son a Nike tech tracksuit for Christmas (older kids) but it's swamping him and I need to change it. He's 160cm tall but very slim build so is coming up as a medium in everything which means his height should be 137-147cm in Nike's sizing chart. They don't give arm or inner leg measurements, does anyones child have one of these tracksuits and can tell me the inner leg and arm measurements so I can reorder? Nike customer service aren't much help.

Are you sure you haven’t bought a Men’s by mistake? My DS is 13 and very very slim build (his boxers are age 9 to give some context). He is 159cm and wears a Nike XL top and Large bottoms but they are getting short. They fit well and don’t swamp him at all.

Thanks but no they are definitely kids sizes, maybe I should go for the large
