Hi all, my 15 year old is obsessed with his XBOX... i blame myself for not setting the boundaries earlier! I was hoping he would self regulate but right now we are on half term and he's not out on his bike or seeing friends, he does revision for an hour a day ( in preparation for his mock exams) because he knows I'll go mad if he doesn't !! And the rest of the time when he's not eating he's on his game. On school nights it's off by 10pm and the k my exercise he gets is the bike ride to school and back. I just feel sad for him like he's missing out on so much but he doesn't want to do anything I suggest like bowling or joining m a club etc it's like he's hooked......any advise would be great 😟
