DD18 -worried

DD18 went out last night with friends from her restaurant job.
She said she’d either come back to ours or stay at a mates.
its 5.22-her phone died at 3.43 somewhere random in a local town and I am panicking.
I know she is likely just at her mates with a dead phone but …she does have a tendency to go mad on nights out.I know she is an adult and I wd have no idea what she wd be doing if she was at uni plus she is going travelling in January but I am still worried .
Not sure what the purpose of this post is really-probably preventing me waking DH up…

I'd be worried too. But there is nothing you can do about it.

I don't follow my DDs phones because I know all it would do is make me worry more.

Aye-maybe it’s time for me to turn that off, my DH has said the same but says she shd have let us know that she wasn’t coming home as a courtesy.

Yes, you need to stop following her like that.
‘And at 18 I wouldn’t expect her to tell you if she’s coming home or not. Yes, it would be nice to know, but in my house the door gets locked at 10pm if I’ve not heard from you.
