To do/reminder apps

Any recommendations for apps to help a fairly disorganised older teen build a routine?

DS2, 17, still needs a lot of reminders especially with things like taking a daily antihistamine, or setting an alarm to get up with. Please can we the comments about letting him deal with the consequences of his actions, I’ve tried that. He will just sniff, snuffle and sneeze all day and the rest of us suffer with him. He’s tried written notes for himself, they help for a bit but then he stops seeing them. I went on a course recently where I was reminded that the pre-frontal cortex isn’t fully developed until they’re 25.

I have in the past seen to do list apps advertised but annoyingly now none are coming up. Anyone tried this and got any recs? Thanks.

Tusk is really good, and free.
