Coaching younger kids

Hi,
My soon to be 15 years old is super sporty and would like to start earning pocket money by coaching little ones (football preferably).

How should he go about it?
He plays football for fun, once a week but he plays competitively another sport 4 times a week. So not so many connections in football at the moment. Hence looking for advice.

My DD is a football coach for primary children and works at a local football coaching academy at weekends. Most towns have these kind of establishments so maybe search around and see if he can work at one of those? She has done her FA coaching badges so is a lead coach, but there are teens there that haven’t that are assistant coaches. Tbh, without a football background and with no coaching badges he may struggle doing it independently
