16 year old in love

just found out that Ds (16)thought he was in love in less than 2 months with his first relationship. They didn’t see each other that much but I assume lots of messaging, etc. Seems do quick now I’m older (and more wary!).
Normal for teenagers?!

Lol teenagers fall in love in two minutes! So two weeks is quite slow.

Seriously though, teen love is difficult for us to remember what it was like for us at the time...

My bf proposed to me within 3 months of us getting together when I was 17. Looking back I cringe that I accepted and didn't just tell him not to be so stupid! Luckily we didn't rush into marriage as we split 3 years later.

That's quite normal for teenagers and two months isn't quick at all. It is not unknown with older people, especially those who love and thrive on romance and excitement.

I always knew I was in love within two months as an adult, why wouldn't a teen? For a teen, this is not quick at all.

Cute! Happens a lot, usually two weeks in and they are declaring love. Such an exciting and confusing time. I always wonder if I would ever go back if given the chance 🤔
