So this week DS declared he looked ‘the drip’ when wearing some new clothes. His selfies are ‘making more money than all the celebrities.’

Youngest declared his style ‘sick.’ I mean that one I know.

Any new word reinventions in your households?

I can barely understand my two when they talk to eachother. I have to ask what every other word means!

I teach food technology. We made lemon cheese cakes which has zest in them. Year nine kids were falling about laughing asking if the cheese cakes were “zesty”
I had to go on line to find out it either means “acting sexy” ( for a woman) or “acting gay” ( for a man).
I’m doing strawberry cheese cakes this term!

My daughter looks "leng" apparently 🤷‍♀️

I have a colleague (late 40s) whose surname is Leng. The youngsters at work find this hilarious.
