13yr old period cycle

DD (13) started her periods in May. She had a few months of 21/22 day cycles , but has only gone 19 days this time.

Is this normal or is this something to be concerned about ? I know they can be irregular in the first year , but I think this is quite a short cycle.

They say up to 2 years to settle down before GP will even look at it.

My dd went almost 2 months then 3 weeks then something else for about 3 years, finally beginning to settle (She started at 10 though so I don't know whether this makes much difference)
