My dd is usually really happy and chatty and lots of fun but over the past week she’s turned into satan and being so moody over the silliest things. I can ask her to pick up something she’s left out and all I get is attitude in return. I’ve asked several times if there’s anything bothering her and why she’s being so snappy all the time. I have a ds who’s 8 with special needs and he can be extremely challenging, I know his behaviour is difficult on her so I don’t know if this is the cause but it’s just odd that this has just cropped up over the past week when she’s not usually like this. Never had any problem with her behaviour until now and it’s causing such an atmosphere in the house that it’s unbearable to be around. If anyone’s got any ideas on how I can curb this before it gets any worse I’d be most grateful. Also I’m a single mother so it’s only the three of us, her dad is not involved in her life.

Has something happened at school she isn’t telling you about? Friendship or boy drama? Or does she have a big workload for school/college for over Christmas that’s stressing her out? These are the usual reasons my dds are moodier than normal.
