Have long and complicated back story, but essentially my 13 year old dts do not want to visit dad overnight anymore.
He's said they have to visit him legally,
But this has been a long time coming and latest incident has been the straw that broke the camels back.
Do they have to go legally or are they allowed to choose at this age?
