My son 15 left 7:45 to go catch bus to school but stopped off in the shop. He then said he was running felt sick and threw up at bus stop.

The thing is he eaten something without warming it up so told him this mad him ill.

Normally I would keep him of school but sounds silly not sure what to do now.

He doesn't seem that bad either so told him sit down see how he feel then go school.

He knows I will be going somewhere for appointment today so hoping he not lying and just said that. At the same time he doesn't look great. It's actually 50/50. Told him by 9 see how you feel.

Like I said normally would tell him stay home.

What would you do?

What? He’s vomited. Keep him off for 48 hours, don’t let him infect all the other kids.

He hasn't got a bug he eaten something dodgy.

It doesn't matter realized he had something yesterday and he knows his stomach sensitive. So probably keep him until tommorow.

This always use to happen to him if he was sick again know either food poisoning or bug. I know what it is and I know he playing on it too.

Oh well he hasn't really had any days of a long time.

Pointless post sorry I know what to do.

Why are you saying he is playing on it when he hasn't had any time off for a long time? Sounds a little harsh to me. I hope he feels better soon.

I know my son you don't but he does generally seem ill now. It's funny he came home after telling him I would be out at an appointment later.

Left the school a message so he off today.

He be fine later I know he will.

If you don't trust he's thrown up, you could check the bus stop for vomit, that will give you your answer.

Just have to go with it. He got into bed and he knows I need to go to two appointments at 10:45 and 2:30 today so won't be home.

So he can rest today but thanks all who replied not a bit deal a pointless post really. At this age you got to take their word for it.
