Tips for balancing competitive sports and study

So I have 2 dds who train in various sports 5 times a week dd2 football and boxing and dd1 Brazilian juijitsu and conditioning, I also train at the same club as dd1. Therefore how do you balance everything, we are out nightly from 5-9pm, training (they do their homework on the sofas there while I train)
Also how do you keep them motivated and dedicated, dd1 will shortly be moving up to adult classes which are a big transition

not sure you do keep them motivated. You encourage & support, but they have to want to do it.

Following with interest. My daughter does horse riding 7 times a week - several hours every day after school and all day on weekends. It's exhausting and her academics absolutely suffer. Not sure what the answer is. But she definitely doesn't need my encouragement to do horse riding- it's what she wants to do and is her whole focus. I just drive her and pay 😞
