If any of you ladies have experienced baby loss how have you told your teenager?

Especially one ADHD and in last year of school.

Just need to prepare myself from now please.

Sorry for your loss Flowers

I've not been through it myself, but when we've had big/sad news to tell we've just sat down with them and said it straight 'I have some sad news ....'

So 'I have some really sad news for you, I have lost/miscarried the baby' and go from there?

If possible with big news we sometimes delay so they can process on their own, so not just before school if possible, but when they get home instead. I know that might not be possible for you if you are obviously upset.

Take care Flowers
