I always collect DD from her job at 7:30pm - tis too dark to get home alone!

Misdee · 18/01/2008 17:53

i used to ride my bike to work and back at that age.

runnyhabbit · 18/01/2008 17:55

I used to get the train home. But quite a few of my friends had sat jobs in the town, so we all came home together.

brimfull · 18/01/2008 17:58

do you mean meet the employers?
or transport meet

transport-depends on how far from home and when

I like to pick dd up in the evening

colditz · 18/01/2008 18:00

Goodness, leave them to it. I'd have been mortified if my parents had treated me like a child by picking me up from work at 16.

Misdee · 18/01/2008 18:20

i only ever called for a lift if it was raining.

mumeeee · 18/01/2008 21:57

DD1 20 got a Saturday job when she was 16. She always got herself there and back.

Pimmpom · 18/01/2008 22:09

No, I wouldn't want my dd walking home at 10pm either.

2shoes · 18/01/2008 22:18
