I'm going through a horrible acrimonious divorce. We've got two teens who are 16 and 17.
Our son lives with me and our daughter with my Ex. I see less and less of her but when I do we enjoy each other's company. I'm trying hard to focus on the positives and the little amount of quality time I get.
I've got an older daughter too who has a toddler.
Last Christmas he had the children for most of the holidays. I had them for a few miserable hours of opening presents. Generally he dominates all holidays. He had them for Easter, our daughter for half term and has booked 2 weeks away with the kids.
My brother suggested we have Christmas in Thailand this year (where he lives) and they were into the idea.
Sadly it's just fallen through.
I now want to book something away as I'm renting at the moment and don't know where I will be living.
Ideally it would be for :
Me and the teens
My father and step mother
My daughter, boyfriend and baby
Any suggestions for a good location in uk or abroad. I don't have loads of money but want to make some memories.
My teens like ski-ing but that might be complicated. I want stuff for them to do in addition to family time.
