Hi,

Is there anyone who struggles with their teen daughter who are obsessed with calorie counting ect & refuses healthy meals. Also who have moods swings and depression?

That sounds really worrying for you. Have you been in touch with the GP?

Yes I dragged her to the GP who was amazing. They referred her to eating disorder clinic who are now working with her. It was difficult start and she refused to go back but after being persistent she agreed to go back. 3 visits they were happy she gained 2 pounds & was doing well. Suddenly her mood hit rock bottom so she's back to restrict calories ! It's a difficult road ahead yet & due to this I am finding it hard to function on things as am a single parent. I took this year out to focus on her entirely as am on the sick with depression & health problems too.
