Laughing Gas

I suppose this is on the back of the checking your teenager's phone.

DS just turned 15 yesterday, and went into town with his friends by train to celebrate his birthday. I do spot check his phone and we had an incident where his school phoned this week because of an unflattering image he forwarded to a friend which got sent around to other friends and the girl got upset - it wasnt sexual.

So I've checked his photos and they are clearly inhaling laughing gas with balloons. How on earth do I approach this with him this morning - he is aware that I spot check his phone ☹

Hi,
I have just found a canister in DDs bedroom that’s was used for their 16th birthday in our house!

I have brought up the subject and they just shrugged and say they wanted to try it.

I have explained why I’m upset, the side effects of using and grounded them - again!

The next step is that they won’t be going to Prom will not be attended at this rate!
