Would be grateful for some help from experienced iphone users please.
I have tried changing the parental passcode that controls screen limits on my DC's ipad and iphone.
I change it, check it a few times, switch off and switch back on and check again and the new parental passcode stays.
However, when I do a random check few days later, it does not accept the new passcode. When I enter the old passcode it accepts it.
What is going on here?
Any ideas please?
