Sending my 15 years old to learn French and sail or play tennis

So, in view of IGCSE exams, I have been meaning to send my son to France for two weeks or so to improve his French. I went to France at 13 and 14 and I have very fond memories of the experience, but yes there were issues I would like to avoid with him. I went with a group of English children from my school so I talked more my English than French. Any ideas ? Or good supporting organisations that would also let the children have a bit of independence ? If possible I would tag on some sports camps like tennis or sailing

Have a look here op:

boostyouup.com/stages-expe-sur-demande/

It's a Belgian enterprise but as well as team building camps in the Ardennes, they also take teens skiing, kayaking and cycling in France (and boating in Sweden and dog-sledding in Finland).

This is not a personal recommendation but a friend of a friend put me on to them because I am looking for my teens too. It looks quite good to me on first glance! The website is French speaking but if you call them they speak English.

Oh sorry op, ignore that link of mine below. They are bespoke adventure holidays for teens with their families or groups of friends! Apologies!
