Advice needed! About to apply for dds provisional licence (I'm aware it could take a while!!) I was planning on filling in the online form, but her passport photo is quite old now and I'm thinking she'll be asked for a new photo for them to use. Any experience of whether it's quicker to apply online initially and wait for DVLA to request a new photo, or just apply with a paper form and new photo to start with?
