Birthday present ideas for teenage girl?!

My stepdaughter turns 13 next month and I'm really struggling for gift ideas.

She pretty much already has everything she needs - phone, ipad, laptop AirPods etc.

I'm really struggling for gift ideas for her if anyone can help?!

Was about to say - but it depends on her likes/interest:

• standing ring light so she can film TikTok's etc
• voucher for Primark (all the kids seem to love primark!)
• Niccee (it's a brand) hoodie (again they all seem to be wearing them!)
• led lights for around her room
• oversized wearable blanket
• pjs
• if it's this month; any Lush Snow fairy stuff?
• Perfume? Daisy Marc jacobs seems popular right now with that age group

Also, not sure if she's into hair/make up or what budget you're working with but both my DSDs (15,13) have asked for:

• Morphe make up brushes
• Molly Mae curling wand or wave tool

The giant, oversized hoodie blankets they have all been loving recently ? (well, older teens and students, I'm not so sure about 13 yr olds ??).

Something for a hobby - so hats and leggings etc if a sports person or a song book / music if they are an instrumentalist, money towards next pair of boots or trainers ? etc etc etc

Throw / blanket for their bedroom

Cinema voucher or coffee shop voucher

Voucher for a clothes shop to spend after Christmas choosing something the 'want' but don't 'need' ?

Hot chocolate / marshmallow type things
