He's been taking dinner money and bus fare only to find out he's not been for 2 weeks 😕. He's started smoking weed and now he's been mis sold an idea of a type of apprenticeship with skills group. He thinks he can do the same course but will get paid. He doesn't understand this is only if they find an employer, and that he will not have the holidays and will be working 5 days a week if he's lucky to get a placement. I've not heard great things about it but if he wants to do it his way then fine but he has 2 days to fill the paperwork in and he's still delaying it! College want us to go in and speak to them about his attendance as he has a EHCP so they still have duty of care and technically he hasn't left but he's refusing. What am I supposed to do I'm so stressed 😥
