Ds (15) just Risk me he’s going with his friend uniform shopping this year.. help! Should I be having a meltdown or should I let him? It’s usually a nightmare whether I go or not. What if he ends hi with no trousers, no shirts, because he couldn’t decide or nothing fits.. as he always sees it? Let him go to school in the scud? Grin

Presumably he can only buy things that fit the uniform rules so I would just set a budget and let him crack on.

As long as they go in the next couple of weeks, then you still have bags of time to get the bits he forgets or return inappropriate items. At some point he is going to have to learn to cloth himself, might as well start now.

Oh he does get his own now. With my encouragement I should add lol. I’m just a bit scared what will happen with the uniform lol. Oh well we’ll soon see

Just make sure he keeps the receipts Smile

Oh god that’s another thing. I keep telling him keep receipts, do not remove tags! He’s a nightmare lol. Everything just gets ignored

Send him to pinders? He's guaranteed to come back with the right stuff as it's the uniform shop?

Rosebud2005 · 24/07/2021 20:12

We’ve got the local one lol
