How often are your teens out

My 17 year old works one night and one afternoon a week but has been out all 3 evenings this weekend. I've asked her to be in one evening per weekend till the end of term. Am I being fussy? She's doing a levels too btw

When I was a teenager (less than a decade ago) I was out every night, even on weekdays. Why does she have to stay in?

I just don't want to fail her by letting her go out and not resting and studying one weekend night. I love her out enjoying herself I don't want to stop it all just making sure it's all appropriate and I feel guilty I'm failing her

It's part of a wider conversation, I think - if she's taking care of herself and managing her energy ok as-is, I wouldn't consider it a problem. But putting things in place to make sure she's not running herself into the ground is a life skill (one I think plenty of adults struggle with), and talking about that is no bad thing.
